Jamie xx In Colour Album Review
Rating: 9/10
Favourite Tracks: Gosh, Sleep Sound, Obvs, Loud Places, Girl
Least Favourite Tracks: N/A
On this review I will be reviewing an old album which was released in 2015. Which is Jamie xx album "In Colour".
Jamie xx is a British producer who has been making music since 2009. We all may be familar with him as Jamie is in an Indie pop band called "The xx" with Romy Madley Croft and Oliver sim. I have been a fan of the band and a fan of Jamie. Since Jamie released his debut album "In Colour" this album was one of the favourites to win the Mercury Prize in 2015 which it didn't. But I am glad that it was nominated because this album is just fantastic, As a fan of Jamie xx his production is one of the best he is one of my favourite producers. I really enjoy listening to Jamie music whenever his with the band and whenever his doing solo work. But lets get on discussing more about this album. I have heard this album a lot of the last 2 years since it was released and what I can say about this album is it is such a fantastic album. It has different genres on this album such as Electronica, UK Garage, House, Folktronica and many more, I really liked how Jamie made different good sounds to put on this album. Jamie started to make the album when the xx made their debut album back in 2009. It took Jamie 6 years to make the album from 2009-2015 Even though he was finishing off the xx second studio album "Coexist" back in 2012. Since hearing Jamie debut album I was just so impressed and admired how great this album is. Tracks such as "Gosh" Sleep Sound" "Obvs" "Stranger In The Room" "Loud Places," "Girl" and loads more. These tracks was just so good production is fantastic, In my opinion Jamie xx is one of the best British Producers in Britain.
Moving on to my favourite tracks on the album which were "Gosh", "Sleep Sound", "Obvs", "Loud Places", and "Girl". Starting off "Gosh" which is the opening track to Jamie debut album. I loved the build up of the track. I loved how it slightly goes a bit faster and faster in the build up. Excellent production with a bit of Folktronica. Moving on to my other favourite tracks which was a track called "Sleep Sound". This track has a mixture of House and a bit of Electronica. This was one of the tracks that I enjoyed a lot. Another one of my favourite tracks was a track called "Obvs". "Obvs" was an interesting track I loved how Jamie used Reggae drums on this track it is really catchy. Moving on to "Loud Places" which was a track that made me want to smile of how good this track is, It is featured Romy Madley Croft which she is from the band the xx. I really loved how Jamie included one of the band members on this amazing track. However he also included Oliver as well in a track called "Stranger In A Room". Lastly my last favourite track on the album was the ending track called "Girl" which in my opinion is another House track which has been on repeat for me one of the tracks that I listen to non stop. All of the tracks were really good. I do not have a least favourite.
Overall this is a fantastic album I would definitely listen to it again it is a 9/10

Nickleback Feed The Machine Album Review
Nickleback Feed The Machine Album Review
Rating: 2/10
Favourite Tracks: Must Be Nice, After The Rain
Least Favourite Tracks: The Betrayal Act III
On this review I will be reviewing an album which was released this year in June by a Canadian Hard rock Band Nickleback with the album title "Feed The Machine". Which is the band ninth studio album.
Nickleback are a Canadian hard rock band who im not really a fan of that much. But they have made a couple of albums that I like from them but overall not really a fan of them. Since hearing their new album I did not like this album. There was a couple of tracks that I liked on this album but the rest it was just terrible. It fells like that Nickleback are not what they used to be their careers are going down. This album is just not good at all this would probably be the worst album of 2017. The reason why I say this is because Nickleback music has changed over the years. I remember hearing tracks on the radio such as "Photograph" and "Rockstar" which was the time when Nickleback made good music. Moving on to this album I just feel like a couple of the tracks with the production was not good at all. I am not really a fan of hard rock music I just like normal rock music such as indie rock instead of hard of rock. This album just shows how Nickleback fans just feel disappointed after another disappointing album. If im being honest I was not expecting them to release an album. Despite the band has recieved harsh comments over the last years. This is because of how disappointing their music and how shit this album is.
Moving on to My favourite tracks on the album which were only two tracks which are called "Must Be Nice" and "After The Rain". Starting of with the track "Must Be Nice". Which was a decent track I quite liked it the production was alright. Lastly my last favourite track on this album was a track called "After The Rain". Which in my opinion it sounded like Nickleback old tracks which they used to make back in the day. It sounded like the old Nickleback was coming back but overall it is a good track. The rest of the tracks on the album was just terrible I did not like a track called "The Betrayal Act III". That track was just terrible and I did not like it.
Overall this album was terrible I will not listen to it again it is a 2/10.

Lorde Melodrama Album Review
Lorde Melodrama Album Review
On this album review I will be reviewing an album which was released this year in June. Which is Lorde's Second album "Melodrama".
Lorde is a pop artist from New Zealand who has been in the music since 2013 at the age of 17. During that time she released her first album "Pure Heroine" back in 2013 which in my opinion was a fantastic debut album with tracks such a "Royals" "Team" and many more. Now she is back it has been 4 years since her first album. She is back with her second album which is called "Melodrama". In my opinion I thought this album was okay there were a couple of tracks that I liked that I could not stop listening to. But there was one which was my least favourite. Talking more about this album I thought this album was another good one. Both of her album are good and will always be. Lorde is a fantastic artists who I admire I enjoy listening to her music she is a definition of what a real female pop artist has to offer. Her music is what real pop music has to offer. Her songwriting skills on this album is really good it is getting better and better. Lorde is one of the artists that never disappoints. Suggesting that she has never dissapointed fans with a bad album two of her albums are good. "Melodrama" was an album to show the fans that she never left she will always be here. However she is 20 years old and has made another fantastic album which she should definitely be proud of . This album is an alright album.
Moving on to my favourite tracks which were "Green Light", "Homemade Dynamite", "Liability", and "Perfect Places". Starting off with "Green Light" which is the opening track to the album. I first heard this track when it debuted on the radio and I was really pleased to see that she is back. The track is good it is catchy it makes people want to listen to it over and over again. I love the build up of the track when it gets to the chorus part. Another one of my favourite tracks was a track called "Homemade Dynamite". The production on this track is freaking amazing. The vocals do blend in well with the production. My other favourite track was a track called Liability. Which was a relaxing piano melody track which was a very beautiful emotional track. Lastly my last favourite track was a track called "Perfect Places". Which I found this track really interesting. The sound quality of the production is really good this is another track which never dissapoints with its production. Moving on to my least favourite track "Writer In the Dark". Which was a track that I found okay but I did not really like it a lot.
Overall this album was okay I enjoyed listening to Lorde's second album. I would defintley listen to it again. Overall it is a 7/10

J Hus Common Sense Album Review
J Hus Common Sense Album Review
Rating: 7/10
Favourite Tracks: Closed Doors, Did You See, Fisherman, Spirit, Friendly
Least Favourite Tracks: Clartin
On this reveiw I will be revewing an album which was released this year by a British artist called J Hus with his debut album "Common Sense"
J Hus is a British Grime artist from East London Stratford. He is known for his track which was number 9 in the official chart called "Did You See". Which is a good track this was a way in which many of the fans discovered J Hus. Talking more about the album this is J Hus debut album. He has released other projects such as a mixtape which is called "The 15th Day". Which in my opinion was a good mixtape at the time when it was released in 2015. There were a couple of good tracks on that mixtape. However moving on to his debut album I found this album really interesting because it had different styles of genres on to one album so he did not just make a whole Grime album. He made a couple of Afrobeats tracks and a bit of Jazz as well. Since hearing this album I found it amazed on how the production sounds really good. It was defintley well deserved to be nominated for the "Mercury Prize". Moreover this album is a masterpiece. This album will be an album which will be talked about in the future. I really enjoyed it all of the tracks were really good apart from one.
Moving on to my favourite tracks which were "Closed Doors", "Did You See", "Fisherman", and "Spirit". Starting with the first track which is my favourite "Closed Doors". I really love this track I loved how the production includes "Jazz" on to this track. Its one of the tracks that gets me smiling since how amazing this track is. The vocals goes really well with the production. J Hus bars on this track is hard really good bars on this track. Another one of my favourite tracks was a track which was in the chart which I mentioned called "Did You See". This track was another good track I might not have enjoyed it a lot like "Closed Doors" since "Closed doors" is my top favourite. But its still a good track to listen to. Another one of my favourites was a track which J Hus collaborated with Mostack, and Mist. which was a track which I thought good collaboration hard bars and great production decent track with good collaboration. My other favourite tracks on this album was a track called "Spirit". This track is one of the fan's favourites. It is also one of the tracks that the production style is "Afrobeat". Quite a catchy track it makes the fans want to dance to this. This is a really good track with excellent production. Lastly my last favourite track was a track called "Friendly". This track is another interesting track with interesting lyrics about "The big batty". Quite interesting track and really interesting for this track to be the ending track of the album. My least favourite track was a track called "Clartin". Which I found the bars decent but it was just to aggressive it sounds like it was screaming. I do not really like tracks which are that aggressive.
Overall this was a really good debut album. I would defintley listen to the album again. Looking forward to J Hus future projects. Overall it is a 7/10

Michael Jackson Thriller Album Review
Michael Jackson Thriller Album Review
Rating: 10/10
Favourite Tracks: Wanna Be Startin' Somethin', The Girl Is Mine, Beat It, Billie Jean, Human Nature
Least Favourite Tracks: N/A
On this review I will be reviewing one of Michael's best albums which was released in November 30th 1982 which is called "Thriller".
Michael Jackson was one of the greatest artists in the world. He was adored by so many of his fans around the world. Michael has released albums such as "Off the wall" which is my favourite, "Thriller"," Bad" and many more. This album which is called "Thriller is one of Michael's best albums and it is one of the biggest selling album of all time. This album today is still talked about it by many of the fans. Thriller is Michael's sixth studio album. However it is Michael's second album with the record label "Epic". I have heard this album more than once. I even remember the first time I heard when I was kid and I really liked this album. Since hearing this album again this year this is one of the albums that will always be special. It is one of those albums that brings the fans joy due to how great this album is. This album is one of Michael's best. This is a really good album the production on the album is really well produced also known as Quincy Jones who produced this fantastic album. Despite this album has 9 tracks I feel like this album should have had more than 9 tracks. I would say minimum of 11 tracks for this album but it still good even though the album was quick to listen to which is only 42 minutes.
Moving on to my favourite tracks on this album which are "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'", "The Girl Is mine", "Beat It", "Billie Jean", and "Human Nature". Starting with the track "Wanna Be Startin Something" is the opening track to the greatest album of all time. I loved how the track quite has a funk influence it makes the fans want to dance non stop to this track. What a great opening track to start the album off really good track. Another one of my favourite tracks is a track which was featured Sir Paul McCartney which is called "The Girl Is Mine". This track is a masterpiece this is what's called collaboration. Such an amazing track about two great artists singing for the same girl that they both love. The track was a way to show the fans who won who deserved to have the girl. I loved how Michael told Paul in the track that "I am a lover not a fighter". Since Paul asked not to fight over a girl. Moving on to the production on the track it is really good the track represents on what the 80s had to offer and Quincy Jones is a legend for producing this masterpiece of a track. Another one of my favourite tracks was a track that is still played in the radio "Beat It". "Beat it" is one of the tracks that makes the fan want to sing non-stop. Michael's vocals is really good on this track. Even though the production sounds really well with the vocals on the track. Another one of my favourite tracks is a track which is also played on the radio "Billie Jean". This is one of the tracks that makes me want to sing over and over again. It is classified as the fans favourite as well. I am glad that this track is still played on the radio since the radio do not play that much music from artists in the past since there more focused in present pop music. Lastly my last favourite track on the album is "Human Nature". This track is a masterpiece the production is fantastic it is a catchy track with a fantastic production to it. Artists like Chris Brown has used the Human nature production in one of his tracks which is called "She Aint you" which he done a good track which he used the classic production from Michael's track "Human Nature".
Overall this album is really good I enjoyed listening to it. I would defintley listen to the king of Pop best album again. Overall it is a 10/10

Goldie The Journey Man Album Review
Goldie The Journey Man Album Review
Rating: 9/10
Favourite Tracks: Horizons, Castaway, The Mirrored River, I Think Of You, Truth, This Is Not A Love Song
Least Favourite Tracks: Prism
On this review I will be reviewing an album which was released this year on the 16th June 2017. Which is called "The Journey Man" by a Drum N Bass artist called Goldie.
Goldie is a British Drum N Bass artist who has been in the music scene since the 90s this is his new album which he has not released since nearly 20 years. It is really good to see the king of Drum N Bass back. As a fan of Goldie I really enjoyed this album it is a Drum N Bass which gets the fans raving to this. Personally this could be the album in my top 10 best 2017 albums. The reason why I say this is because the genre of Drum N Bass is coming back and it is getting better. I first discovered Goldie from his debut album called "Timeless" which was released mid 90s in 1995. Timeless will always be one of the best Drum N Bass albums of all time."Inner City Life" will always be one of the best tracks on the timeless album. It is such a phenomenal track. It was such a good time during those years. Now days we do not see that many Drum N Bass albums being released which I think the genre is kind of underrated. However moving on to Goldie new album "The Journey Man". On this album there is a mixture of tracks with different genres which suggests that not all are Drum N Bass. These tracks include "Truth", "Tu Viens Avec Moi" and many more. these tracks are not Drum N Bass. The track Truth is a simple relaxing piano melody track for people to enjoy to listen to calm and peaceful music. And for the track "Tu Viens Avec Moi" is a sort of jazzy track which is influenced by Jazz. I really liked how Goldie wanted to try something different instead of sticking with one genre. This is defintley one of the best comeback albums from an artist who has not released anything nearly 20 years. All I can say is Welcome back Goldie.
Moving on to the tracks my favourite tracks on this album were. "Horizons", "Castaway", "The Mirrored River", "I Think Of You", "Truth", and "This Is Not A Love Song". The opening track of the album is called "Horizons". It is one of the best opening tracks to an album. I really liked how it reminds me of Inner City Life. The reason why I say this is that both tracks are the opening of Goldie albums "Timeless and "The Journey Man". The production on Horizons is really good it is one of the tracks that makes me smile. Suggesting that it is one the tracks that I really like. And I also love the vocals on the track "Horizons". Another one of my favourite tracks was a track called "Castaway". "Castaway" was an interesting track. The reason why I say this is because it reminds me of what a Basement Jaxx track sounds like. The track is more of a party kind of vibe it is also influenced by Carnivals as well. The track is really good the vocals are alright the production is fantastic. My other favourite track is a track called "The Mirrored River". The vocals on the track goes really well with the Drum N Bass production. Another one of my favourite tracks was a track called "I Think Of You". I love the build up to the track I love how the track starts. The production on this track is probably for me in my opinion one of the best Drum N Bass tracks of all time. This track will be talked about it a lot in the future. For the track "Truth" which is also one of my favourites such a relaxing calm peaceful music with a calmful piano melody. Lastly my last favourite track was "This Is Not A Love Song". Which was another calm track with a piano melody the vocals are really good on this calmful track. Moving on to my least favourite track on the album was a track called Prism. The production is alright but I feel like the build up should have been a bit better but overall it is an okay track.
Overall this is a fantastic album from Goldie I am really glad that he is back. I would defintley listen to this album again. Overall it is a 9/10

David Guetta Listen Album Review
David Guetta Listen Album Review
On this review I will be reviewing an album which was released on the 21st November 2014 it is David Guetta sixth studio album which is called "Listen".
David Guetta is a French DJ/Producer who has been in the music scene for a while now. I first discovered David from his 2009 album "One Love". Which was the last album where he made some good music. But now his carrer is going down and just uses the same similar beats in this 2014 sixth studio album "Listen". I do not hate David Guetta I just feel like he is not what he used to be. Personally his production just kind of went bit too mainstream. In all of his albums that he has released he has a Ghost producer to also help him with the tracks on the album. He doesn't really produce a lot since he has a lot of Ghost producers to do it for him. However there was only one song in which he has produced by himself but it was not in his album it was from the Black Eyed Peas album "The E.N.D" which was called "I Gotta a feeling". Which was a track that I liked back in the day but quite surprised he produced it by himself since it was his first track which he produced by himself. Moving on to the album what did I think of it. I thought this album was okay. But however There were some tracks that I liked and some that I do not like. The production of the tracks were okay but there some that were really fucking annoying.
My favourite tracks on this album was "Goodbye Friend", "Yesterday", "Hey Mama", and "Sun Goes Down". On the track "Goodbye Friend" it is featured with an Irish band called The Script. Which in my opinion was that I never expected The Script to do a collaboration in one of David Guetta tracks. However this track was really good I quite liked the production I really liked the build up to the production. Another one of my favourite tracks was a track called "Yesterday" featuring the sexiest Albanian Princess Bebe Rexha. The vocals on the track is really good. The production is alright I liked how they used a guitar chords on this track its kind of like a wild wild west song. Another one of my favourite tracks was a track called "Hey Mama" in collaboration with Bebe Rexha and Nicki Minaj. I quite liked the production on this track. I love Bebe vocals on this track since she only sings the chorus part. However I did not really like Nicki Minaj on this track I think her voice is annoying as fuck. Lastly another one of my favourite tracks was "Sun Goes Down" with collaboration featuring Showtek, Sonny Wilson, and Magic. The production on this track is amazing Showtek produced the majority of this track while Guetta produced half of it. My least favourite track is Bang My Head feautring Sia. The prodcution is okay it sounded like it was going way too fast. I personally feel like the vocals of Sia did not go well on this track since I feel like a different artist would have been better. I am not realy a fan of Sia but I only like one track from her and that is "Chandelier."
Overall this album was okay it was not the best but it was okay. I would probably listen to it again. Overall it is a 5/10

Ed Sheeran + Album Review
Ed Sheeran + Album Review
Rating: 8/10
Favourite Tracks: The A Team, Drunk, Lego House,You Need Me I Don't Need you
Least Favourite Tracks: N/A
On this review I will be reviewing a classic album which was released in 2011 it is Ed sheeran first album called +.
Ed Sheeran is a British pop artist who has been in the music scene since 2011. He has released three studio albums which are +, x and Divide. Quite interesting album titles as well he is keeping it as maths operations really interesting. This is Ed's first album which is called "+". It was released six years ago on the 9th September 2011. I first discovered Ed Sheeran back when I was going to start secondary school. At the time everyone was discovering how talented Ed was and how he was going to be the next big thing in the future. My opinion on Ed sheeran is that yes I am a fan of his music. I like all of the albums which he has released over the years. The first song that I have ever heard of him was his debut single which is called The A team. When I first heard this song I thought to myself is Ed going to be the next Folk artist since it has an influence of Folk on this track. But then since the years went by Ed became famous as a pop artist since he released more pop music than folk. In my opinion what do I think of Ed sheeran as an artist. I think he's a fantastic artist he's an artist that represents what British music has to offer since British music is getting better and better with fantastic new artists. My favourite album from him will always be his second album"X" this was the album where Ed became famous around the world."X" was the album that changed his life.
My favourite tracks on this album were "The A Team,"Drunk","Lego House", and "You dont need me I dont need you". The track A team is a really good track with a folk influence it also has some great lyrics as well. Another one of my favourites was "Drunk". It was a quite interesting track with interesting production. I enjoyed this track a lot it was one of the tracks where I could not stop listening to at the time when I first heard this album since ive heard this album more than once. Another one of my favourite tracks was "Lego House". The track is catchy and it makes me want to listen to it again and again. This is one of Ed's Popular tracks on this album along with A team. These were the only first two tracks to be played on radio along with another track which was also played on the radio called "You dont need me I dont need you". The track "You dont need me I dont need you is a fun catchy track and it is one of Ed tracks where he raps. I have not got a least favourite track since all of his tracks on this album were all good. There was not a single track which was bad.
Overall I enjoyed this album it is a great one. I would defintley listen to it again. Overall it is an 8/10

Fifth Harmony Self-titled Album Review
Fifth Harmony Self-titled Album Review
Rating: 5/10
Favourite Tracks: Sauced Up, Deliver, Angel
Least Favourite Tracks: Messy
On this review I will be reviewing Fifth Harmony new album which was released in August this year which is Fifth Harmony third album and its Self-titled.
Fifth Harmony are an American pop girl group from Miami. They became popular from x factor back in 2012 in which they finished third at the time. However since 2015 they released their debut album which was an okay album. Up to the following year they released their second album called 7/27 which had a couple of good songs but I did not really like the album that much. Since that following one of the members Camilla Cabello decided to leave the group to become solo. Most Fifth Harmony fans think that she wasn't really that good when she was in the group. Most of the fans are calling fake which I do not understand why. However it is 2017 and they are back with only four members instead of five. After hearing Fifth Harmony third album all i can say is that it is slightly better than the last one. Giving that they are only four member group instead of five. Most of the fans would say that they have finally become better since Camilla left which I do not fully agree with them. I am not a big fan of the group but I loved a couple of tracks on this album. This was an interesting album from the group as I was not really expecting them to release an album. The first track from the album to be dropped and to be played on commercial radio was "Down" featuring Gucci mane. When I first heard this track I did not really like it that much but then when I heard it again I started to like it. In this album there was only one collaboration and the rest was just them singing their own songs.
My favourite tracks on this album were "Sauced Up,"Deliver", and "Angel". I loved the production of the track "Sauced Up" sounds like a familiar track from the last album but it still sounds good. Another one of my favourite tracks was "Deliver". I love how the track starts I love how the drop sounds on this track. Their vocals defintley do blend in on this track. Another one of my favourite tracks was "Angel". The production could have been bit better instead of the squeaky noise but the vocals are really good once again. My least favourite track on this album was "Messy". The production was not great it is catchy and annoying I really do not like how the track starts.
Overall this is an okay album better than the last one. I would not listen to the full album again only couple of tracks. Overall it is a 5/10

DJ Khaled Grateful Album Review
DJ Khaled Grateful Album Review
Rating: 2/10
Favourite Tracks: Don't Quit
Least Favourite Tracks: Im The One, Major Bag Alert, Pull A Caper
In this review I will be reviewing an album which was released this year in June which is DJ Khaled tenth studio album called Grateful.
DJ Khaled who he classify himself as a DJ/Producer which really he isnt. This is DJ Khaled tenth studio album which in my opinion when I heard the album the first thing came to my mouth was this album is shit. There was only 1 track that I liked but the rest I did not like it. This album is 90 minutes long I dont understand why Khaled made an album which is 90 minutes long. I have never seen someone releasing an album which is over 90 minutes like what the fuck. Another thing I dont understand with DJ Khaled is that he does not know how to produce his own tracks instead he gets other producers to do it for him while he just sits there doing nothing. In fact the only thing he does is yell in all of his tracks. His famous catchphrases are "We the best music", "Another one", and of course the most familar one is when he says his stupid name "DJ Khaled". He is just stupid this is why I do not like his music. This album which he released this year is terrible and it is a mess. The reason why I say this is that there are some tracks on this album that looks like it is unfinished. DJ Khaled is really not well in the head. The reason why im saying this is because he said that his son was the executive producer and helped him with this album. How the fuck is he saying that his son was the executive producer like what the fuck the little boy cant even touch a button.
Moving on to one of my favourite track that I liked in this album was "Don't Quit". I liked this track because it was featured with Calvin Harris, Travis Scott, and Jeremith. As you may not know I am a huge fan of Calvin Harris and it was one of the reason why I liked this track is because Calvin Harris Production is once again great like always. It sounds like tropical electronic which is really good. The lyrics from Travis Scott and Jeremith is alright. My least favourite tracks was "Im The One", Major Bag Alert","Pull A Caper". Whenever I am listening to the radio I hear that shitty track "Im the one" with collaboration Justin Bieber, Chance the rapper, Quavo and Lil Wayne. The track is just awful Justin Bieber vocals is annoying, Lil Wayne lyrics is shit like always since his rap career has gone down the hill. Quavo and Chance The Rapper lyrics are the only decent ones the rest of the song is awful. Another track which was my least favourite was "Major Bag Alert". The production is terrible and Migos were not good this is one of Migos worse track I feel like Migos could have been better. Finally the other track which I did not really like was "Pull A Caper". The reason why I did not like this track is because the beginning of the track the production sounds like a Phil Collins song called Against all odds which I think it was rip off trying to take Phil Collins song into making its own which my opinion Pull A Caper is just terrible track.
Overall this album has not been good I would not listen to it again. Overall it is a 2/10

Stormzy Gang Signs & Prayer Album Review
Stormzy Gang Signs & Prayer Album Review
Rating: 9/10
Favourite Tracks: Big For Your Boots, Mr Skeng, Cigarettes & Cush, Blinded By Your Grace Part 2, Return of the Rucksack
Least Favourite Tracks: Velvet/Jenny Francis
I will be reviewing an album which was released this year in February it is Stormzy debut album called Gang Signs & Prayer.
Stormzy is a British Grime artist from Croydon who has had a phenomenal year he finally has a debut album which in my opinion it is really good probably so far in one of my top 10 best 2017 albums so far. I first discovered Stormzy back in the day with a track called "know me from"which I was quite surprised at the time I was saying to myself Stormzy will be the next big thing. When the track "Shut up " was released everyone was so hyped at the time I remember in 2015 everyone was talking about how Stormzy was going to be the new King of Grime in the future. As it stands Stormzy is looking to be the future King of Grime. Moving on to the Album I Enjoyed Stormzy Album so much I am Proud of how far Stormzy has reached. The first single from the album to be in the top 40 charts was "Big For Your Boots". The production of the track is really good Sir Spyro and Fraser T smith done some really great production on this track. However Stormzy bars in this track is one of the best bars ive heard from a Grime Artist. Stormzy is just Phenomenal on this track. However its not just this track in which he is phenomenal he is phenomenal in other tracks as well. This album is nominated for this year Mercury music prize. Which in my opinion it was well deserved because Stormzy worked really hard on his debut album.Gang Signs & Prayer will be an album that will be talked about suggesting that this album in the future will be looked back and will be talked about by many fans.
My favourite tracks on this album was Big for your boots, Mr Skeng, Cigarettes & Cush, Blinded By Your Grace Part 2 and Return of the Rucksack. In the track Mr Skeng Stormzy is at it again with some really good bars the production goes really well with the track. Moving on to another one of my favourite tracks was Cigarettes & Cush with collaboration featuring Khelani. This track is an amazing track great collaboration this was one of the tracks that I could not stop listening to its such a fantastic track. Another one of my favourites was Blinded By Your Grace Part 2. I loved how Stormzy wrote a Gospel song to include in the album it sounds really good I am pleased that Stormzy decided to put it in the album. My last favourite track is Return of the Rucksack. In one of Stormzy lyrics "Roll deep on these put these mcs on these freeze". It was interesting on how Stormzy used one of Dizzee Rascal lyrics from Dizzee track "Seems 2 be" which however the track came from Dizzee debut album "Boy in da corner". However the track did go well it has been on repeat for me I cant stop listening to this track. My least favourite track was Velvet/Jenny Francis.
Overall this is a fantastic Album I would defintley listen to it again. Defintley looking forward to Stormzy future projects. Overall its an 9/10

LCD Soundsystem American Dream Album Review
LCD Soundsystem American Dream Album Review
Rating: 8/10
Favourite Tracks: I used to, How do you sleep, Tonite, Call the Police, American Dream, Emotional Haircut
Least Favourite Tracks: Oh baby
On this album review on Blogger I will be reviewing an album which was released couple of days ago on the 1st September 2017 and yes its the new LCD Soundsystem album which is their Fourth album which is called American Dream.
LCD Soundsystem are an American dance punk Electronic rock band from New York. The band are back after a 6 year absence from their third album This is happening which was an album that I only liked few tracks but their third album was not their best. But however The band came back with a fantastic album which is better than the one they released 6 years ago. When I first found out that LCD Soundsystem were going to release a new album I was really excited to see them back but I had a feeling that the album will just be the same as the other one. But I guess I was proven wrong this album is so much better than the one they released 6 years ago it is really great to see them back. When I finished hearing this album I couldn't stop smiling when I heard this album I was saying to myself this is defintley better than this is happening. I really liked how the production of the album has a mixture of genres such as Electronic rock,Synth pop, Art rock, Post punk and New wave. A couple of tracks on this album has a reference to an 80s synth pop for example tonite which is one of my favourite tracks has a reference to an 80s synth pop which is really amazing I loved how the production of the track is an 80s Synth pop it sounds really really good. I loved how LCD Soundsystem tries out different genres on this album not just 1 genre.
My favourite tracks on this album were I used to, How do you sleep, Tonite, Call the Police, American Dream and Emotional haircut. The track Emotional Haircut reminds me of a 70s punk rock such a good track. For American Dream I first did not like it but then when I listened to it over and over again I started to like it despite the production is a bit weird the track overall is good. My least favourite track on this album was oh baby the production and the track was okay but I just didnt really like it that much since I prefer the other tracks than this one.
Overall this is a fantastic album from the band it is great to see them back I will defintley listen to this album again. Overall it is an 8/10
Rating: 8/10
Zara Larsson So Good Album Review
Zara Larsson So Good Album Review
Rating: 4/10
Favourite Tracks: Ain't my fault, Never forget you,Sundown
Least Favourite Tracks:So good, TG4M
On this Album Review on Blogger I will be reviewing an Album From a Pop Swedish singer which was released this year on the 17th March 2017. This Album is Called So Good by Zara Larsson
Zara Larsson is a Pop singer from Sweden. This is her second album which is called So Good this album finally had a hit in the USA and the UK which suggests that this album has done really well in these two countries. Her famous Tracks are Lush Life, Aint my fault, I would like,So good and Never forget you. I first discovered Zara Larsson with a Track which she made Collaboration with a British Singer called MNEK. The track was called Never forget you. And I just couldn't stop listening to this song since the collaboration went really well such a good song. It's also one of my favourite songs on her album. Zara Larsson is one of the youngest Female artists to hit the mainstream at the age of 19. I quite enjoyed a couple of tracks on this album but this album was not really for me because it is not really one of my type of music but I did quite like a couple of tracks on this album
My Favourite tracks on this album were Ain't my fault, Never forget you and Sundown. The track Aint my fault is a fantastic track the production is really good MNEK and Mike Spencer produced that track really well you've got to give credit for them for producing a really good track. However the vocals are okay. Another of one of my favourite tracks is Never forget you featuring MNEK Such a really good track. Both voices go well with this track. And my other favourite track is sundown featuring Wizkid. Once again another good track I loved how the Production of the track has the style of Afro beat which is really good.
My least favourite tracks on this album were So Good and TG4M. I really hate the song So Good its such a stupid song I dont really like how its repetitive When Zara says So Good So Good So good its like she trying to hit a high note by saying it over and over again. And I personally think the collaboration with the track So Good did not go well. My other least favourite track which i did not really like was TG4M. The track started well but then when it came to approaching right near to the end of the song all I hear is squeaking. I think the production of this track should have at least improved.
Overall I did not really enjoy this album. I feel like Zara Larsson tried so hard to make a proper good second album but in my opinion only couple of tracks that I liked but the rest was not the best. Overall its a 4/10.
