Charlie Sloth The Plug Album Review
Rating: 2/10
Favourite Tracks: Therapy, Look Like
Least Favourite Track: Wake Up
On this review I will be reviewing an album which was released this year back in August on the 16th August 2017. It is Charlie Sloth debut album called "The Plug".
Charlie Sloth is a producer/presenter who is famously known for hosting "Fire In The Booth". Which is about rappers coming in to the studio and do freestyle of a track by someone else. This is his debut album which is featured Giggs, WSTRN, Avelino, Bugzy Malone, Potter Payper, Aystar and many more. Despite this review will be short since I have nothing much to say about this album other than that I am disappointed. I thought this album was not good at all. Charlie does not even rap on this album which made me concern since I have seen hip rap in a couple of youtube videos. There are some dreadful collaboration an example which is the track "Wake Up" Giggs voice is so annoying it's like he cannot speak properly. Giggs is one of the most annoying voices in the grime industry. This album just did not do for me it wasn't good at all.
Moving on to my favourite tracks which were "Therapy" and "Look Like". Starting of with "Therapy" decent song great collaboration with Aystar. "Look Like" which is featured Stormzy, JME and Jadakiss. Great song I enjoyed Stormzy more on this track. It also has a decent production to it. My least favourite track was a track called "Wake Up" I found this track quite annoying. It's horrendous. Giggs's voice is so annoying it's sounds likes he's been having a soare throat for a long time.
This was horrible to listen to. I would not consider listen to this garbage ever again. I would give this album a 2/10.
