Taylor Swift Reputation Album Review
Rating: 3/10
Favourite Tracks: New Year's Day
Least Favourite Track: Look What You Made Me Do
On this review I will be reviewing an album which was released this year back in November on the 10th November 2017. It is Taylor Swift sixth studio album called "Reputation".
Taylor Swift is a pop artist who has been making music since 2006. I have never really liked and respected Taylor as an artist. I find her music really annoying and too repetitive. When she first started she was a country singer and now she has became a pop mainstream artist. I really do not understand how can anyone like Taylor Swift as an artist since her music is not good at all. I have never respected her as an artist since she is a person who cannot be in a long relationship due to the fact she breaks up all the time. Discussing more about her albums she has a variety range of albums where her first 3 albums was more focused on country rock roots. Where as her mainstream albums "Red", "1989" and of course "Reputation", Which was these albums that made Swift mainstream. "Red" was the first album that made her mainstream. I dont like the album but I like the song "Trouble". "1989" this album is terrible cannot believe it won a grammy for album of the year. Since hearing her new album what did I think of it? It is terrible. I dont understand why it had a mixture of mainstream songs with ballad songs. If this whole album was ballad then the rating would have been higher.
My favourite track on the album which is one track called "New Year's Day". Such a beautiful piano melody, It shows an example of one of the tracks from the album which is a ballad song. I feel like Taylor should have released this as as single instead of releasing shitty songs such as "Look What You Made Me Do", "Ready For It". My least favourite track on the album was a track called "Look What You Made Me Do" which is a terrible track and a rip off to another track by a different artist.
I did not enjoy this album I thought this album was terrible. I would not listen to it again. It's a 3/10.
