On this review I will be reviewing an album which was released this year back in February it was released on 3rd February 2017. It is Sampha's debut album called "Process".

Sampha is a British singer/songwriter/producer. He is an R&B artist from Morden South London. He is known for his collaboration with 'SBTRKT' from the track "Hold On" which was on 'SBTRKT' debut album. He has also been featured on a 'Drake' album back in 2013 which the track was called "Too Much" which is a great track. He has also been featured on a 'Solange Knowles' album back in 2016. With a fantastic track with great collaboration the track was called "Don't Touch My Hair". Their vocals go well together. I really loved Sampha's production on that track. Discussing more about Sampha he has released two EP's "Sundanza" which was released back in 2010. And "Dual" which was released in 2013. I first discovered Sampha from a track which is on his debut album called "(No One Knows Me) Like The Piano" I felt really emotional listening to it since it was a beautiful song dedicated to his mother. This was the song that made me become a fan of Sampha. I love his music. He is such a fantastic artist. I felt really proud that he won the Mercury Prize back in September. He really deserved to win. I always knew that he was going to win the Mercury since february when I first heard the album. Since hearing this album what did I think of it? This album is a masterpiece is such a fantastic debut album. Definitely one of the best R&B albums of all time. I would definitely recommend to listen to this album it will surprise on how good it is. All of the tracks on this album are just amazing.

My favourite tracks on the album were "Blood On Me", "Kora Sings", "(No One Knows Me)Like The Piano", "Reverse Faults", "Under", "Incomplete Kisses". Starting of with "Blood On Me" which is a track which is often played on some radios such as BBC Radio 1, Such a great track one of the strongests on the album. "Kora Sings" This track is a okay I was fascinated on how good the production sounds, "(No One Knows Me) Like The Piano" such a beautiful piano ballad song which is dedicated to Sampha's mother. "Reverse Faults" I loved the opener of the track the production really amazed me such a fantastic track. "Under" I loved the production and the lyrics on this great track. "Incomplete Kisses" I often listen to this track non-stop and it's so fantastic I really love the lyrics and the production. The production sounds like it comes from the Electronic genre. I have no least favourite tracks since all of the tracks are amazing.

Overall I really enjoyed this album. It's definitely one of the best. I would definitely come  back and listen to it again since I have always been listening to it on repeat. I would give this album a 10/10
